The opportunity
Algorithmic stablecoin and seigniorage mechanics were on the leading edge of DeFi innovation, but most implementations stalled out within weeks of launch. The market needed a protocol that combined the experimentation of seigniorage with genuinely durable incentives, plus a product surface users could actually navigate.
The work
- Multi-token economic model spanning a peg asset, share token, and bond token, with a peg-restoration loop designed to remain stable under heavy farming.
- Product surface that surfaced the protocol's real economic state (peg, TWAP, expansion epochs, and yield context) without overwhelming new users.
- Deep partner integrations with the largest farm aggregators of the era.
- Cross-team coordination across smart-contract, frontend, and growth pods.

- Peak TVL above $1.8B.
- Top-3 most-forked protocol, spawning an entire category of derivative protocols.

What we delivered
Rebrand Resulting in 3x TVL
UI/UX
The initial UI had a good foundation with a comprehensive dashboard overview. We took this as inspiration and redeveloped the interface to be more user-friendly by adding illustrated graphics, dynamic elements, and simplifying the layout.
This aimed to attract new users entering the DeFi landscape.
Development
With a tight deadline, we chose React with Tailwind CSS for its scalability and rapid development capabilities.
Our CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) strategy enabled us to push updates frequently, with at least one feature update per week, ensuring continuous enhancement and adaptation.
Product Strategy
Recognizing DeFi's evolving nature, we created an extensive Design System to facilitate the seamless addition of new features and support rapid product expansion.
Guided by an extensive product roadmap, we carefully rolled out weekly feature updates, ensuring smooth integration and future-proofing the platform.
